On my way to a club I encountered this guy here in Brick Lane. I couldnt believe how natural and seemingly comfortable he slept on this mattrass in the middle of the road. I mean i have seen many rough sleepers before – where I would never take a photo. But this fella here had something special about himself. Maybe it was the embryo-like position? I dunno.
But when I left the club about 6 hours later, I couldn’t believe my eyes. But in a different part of Brick Lane – the same guy – in the same position only this time next to a traffic cone!
How random?! Or maybe not at all – maybe he is doing some sort of Sleep Art project?
